Turkey and Mushroom Risotto

So after your tough littleworkout, your muscles will be screaming out for some quality nutrition in order for them to grow stronger. I recommend a mushroom and turkey risotto. Turkey contains useful amounts of protein, it is a low fat meat and it is low in calories. Mushrooms contains plenty of B vitamins which are essential for the nervous system.
Ingredients
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1-2 turkey breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 chilli (optional but adds some fire)
- 1 red pepper
- brocolli (optional, but tasty)
- half a mug of basmalti rice
- 1 stock cube (any flavour)
- 1 tbsp oil (any kind)
