I believe in the power of shakes. You do not need to purchase expensive protein shakes, you only need a few cheap ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 small bananas or 1 large
- 250-300 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 pot of yoghurt (any flavour)
- Handful of mixed berries (optional)
Method
- Add the bananas to the blender.
- Add the milk, yoghurt and mixed berries (if desired)
- Blend for about 20 seconds.
- Add the peanut butter and blend again for another 20 seconds
- Serve and drink immediately.
